This morning I found a food list jpeg that had been passed around my low carb group on facebook. I downloaded it. I retyped it. And I edited the crap out of it. There were foods on the list that I knew were bad ideas. And there foods left off of the list that just make life easier for people like me who have to eat where we live, know what I mean? Here's the revised list. I realize I still may have missed a few things. But I thought this was a good start! I hope this helps!
